Refund Policy outlines the rules and regulations for the use of Parichhat Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at www.bhisey.com, you could do so within 24 hrs of the payment initiated. The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started.
Refund Policy
Parichhat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. strives to deliver the highest quality service for our clients. If you at any time during a development phase are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund. In this case, any client who is not satisfied with our services can request a refund within 15 days from the date of the first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us.
No refund will be given if:
You have already approved the web design. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
The project delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be processed to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase. In the case of debit card/net banking payments, refunds will be made to the same account.
Conditions for Refund
Full refund if the project has not started.
No refund will be provided for the days the resource has already worked. If the client is not satisfied with the work at any point of time, they must immediately notify our Project Manager and ask for commitments towards discounts for the work loss. Any such negotiation at a later date will not be acceptable.
Web Design & Development
Web design and web development projects require extensive resources, consume time, and incur internal expenses. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.
Payments for custom design projects (e.g., website designs, individual pages, smaller design components within a website, enhancements, additional pages, logo designs, etc.) and custom development projects (e.g., PHP programming, WordPress CMS development, Laravel projects, WordPress Plugin development, HTML static websites, eCommerce websites, etc.) are made in increments as a courtesy to the client.
If a project is cancelled, delayed, or postponed by the client:
All amounts paid will be retained by Parichhat Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Additional costs will be charged for work completed beyond the already paid amount.
If the project is completed more than 80%, and the client has paid only 50%, the full agreed proposal amount must be paid if the project is cancelled or if the client is unresponsive within 7 days. No refund will be issued in this scenario.
If the project has been completed and uploaded to the server, no refunds will be issued.
Domain Registrations
Domain registrations are not eligible for refunds once booking is complete.
Third-Party Approval or Integration
In case a third party does not approve customer requirements like APIs, tokens, licenses, registrations, PIN, or business verifications after project completion, no refunds will be issued. This is because of the effort and manpower involved in developing and setting up the system.
Additional Terms
The price of web/software/service quoted to customers is not final. It can increase or decrease depending on the complexity and time involved in development.
If the client changes requests more than 3 times during the development period, project pricing may be increased.
Source code will not be provided unless there is a special requirement and agreement with the client.
If a project is terminated during development, no refunds will be given. However, the client will be provided with the source code of the work completed up to the termination date.
For IT services, refunds will be processed within 24 hours of payment if the client contacts us via email at [email protected].
